Current Weight Loss : 2.0kg
Stayed disciplined and stuck to the game plan this week. Didn’t look to increase the dosages in an attempt to get faster results. As what Greg Doucette mentioned numerous times in his videos, “When it comes to anabolics, less is more”. That is pretty much the golden rule which I adhere to now. By the way, Greg is very knowledgeable when it comes to steroids and cutting weight for competitions. I would definitely recommend you check his channel out. Protocol: Test Prop @ 50mg/day, Tren Ace @ 30mg/day and Mast Prop @ 50mg/day.
Over the last week, I have noticed a lower resting heart rate since adding on Mast Prop to the protocol. I have noticed the same this week. My resting heart rate has dropped to mid 60s bpm. Though it is not what it used to be, at least it is a start and heading in the right direction. When sparring and exercising, I have also noticed better stamina and cardio being able to go at least 5 rounds. Though I have not been able to train hard the past week with a slew of personal and work issues bombarding me at once, the weight loss is still evident and I am beginning to notice more lean-ness in my physique.
On the other side effects, I am definitely seem feeling the effects of the tren in full effect. My body is like a furnace every time I consume carbs. My body temperature always sky rockets each time and I look as if I just ran a marathon. To add on to that, while walking from place to place, I expel water like I just showered. I remember once walking up a flight of 6 floors at a site and at the end of it, I was literally dripping from my arms and back. I guess it is a good way to get in some cardio.
All in all, this current protocol seem to fit me the best as of now. Though I might look to reduce the Tren further to reduce the side effects further. I cannot afford to such an impact on my stamina if I am going to compete. Or, I could look to tackle the water retention further. Perhaps a diuretic or hitting the sauna more often. Currently only doing it once per week when my schedule permits.
