Week 5

Current Weight loss: 2.7kg

Having removed Tren from the protocol, I have noticed a significant change in my day-to-day routine. Equipoise has also been another good addition to the mix as I can feel my body getting leaner as the transformation continues. For this week, this protocol will be as follows: Test Prop @ 50mg/day, Equipoise @ 600mg/week and Mast Prop @ 50mg/day.

Some of the more positive side effects I felt from the removal of Tren is that my resting heart rate is back down to 55-65 bpm. I am able to train harder and longer without much impact on my stamina/cardio. Though I have not tried to go on a run as of yet, I am pretty certain that 3km under 15mins should be achievable. Another thing I noticed is that I am getting tired faster. I believe this is where the term “Trenergy” comes from. I am starting to see a dip in my energy level throughout the day and having to rely more on caffeine.

As for Equipoise(EQ), I believe the side effects/effects have yet to kick in just yet. I am slowly and surely getting leaner. More so, on the areas I pinned. This is an interesting discovery, I might look to rotate at different spots to see if this theory is proven true.

Week 4

Current Weight loss: 2.5kg

As planned, this would be last week on Tren. Stuck to the same protocol for the week except for Sunday where some shit hit the fan and I wasn’t able to pin and decided to take the day off. For this week, this protocol will be as follows: Test Prop @ 50mg/day, Equipoise @ 600mg/week and Mast Prop @ 50mg/day.

Some of the immediate side effects I experienced since coming off Tren was that I wasn’t breathing so heavily. My cardio in sparring felt a lot better, I was able to last 4 rounds easily with a lot left in gas tank. My resting heart rate still hovers around 60-65 bpm but overall, I do feel a lot better in general. I am able to run up and down the stairs without feeling winded, I don’t lose water as much when I walk out for lunch where I will look as if I ran 3km. I would say that the sweet spot for Tren for me would be 25-30mg/day where I can still train and carry out my daily activities without too much impact on my cardio.

Start to feel that my muscles are ‘hardening'( without the use of a better word). And my sides are becoming less fluffy. I had to readjust my belt buckle again because I am starting to shrink without the loss of too much muscle. This could be the effect of the Mast Prop. This is good as I will be able start training full on again very soon. I would look to throw in some pad work again in the coming week to get a better gauge as to where my cardio lies, but all-in-all, I would say that I am right where I want to be physique-wise given the fact that I haven’t been able to train much AND with shit hitting the fan too much and too fast.

Week 3

Current Weight Loss : 2.0kg

Stayed disciplined and stuck to the game plan this week. Didn’t look to increase the dosages in an attempt to get faster results. As what Greg Doucette mentioned numerous times in his videos, “When it comes to anabolics, less is more”. That is pretty much the golden rule which I adhere to now. By the way, Greg is very knowledgeable when it comes to steroids and cutting weight for competitions. I would definitely recommend you check his channel out. Protocol: Test Prop @ 50mg/day, Tren Ace @ 30mg/day and Mast Prop @ 50mg/day.

Over the last week, I have noticed a lower resting heart rate since adding on Mast Prop to the protocol. I have noticed the same this week. My resting heart rate has dropped to mid 60s bpm. Though it is not what it used to be, at least it is a start and heading in the right direction. When sparring and exercising, I have also noticed better stamina and cardio being able to go at least 5 rounds. Though I have not been able to train hard the past week with a slew of personal and work issues bombarding me at once, the weight loss is still evident and I am beginning to notice more lean-ness in my physique.

On the other side effects, I am definitely seem feeling the effects of the tren in full effect. My body is like a furnace every time I consume carbs. My body temperature always sky rockets each time and I look as if I just ran a marathon. To add on to that, while walking from place to place, I expel water like I just showered. I remember once walking up a flight of 6 floors at a site and at the end of it, I was literally dripping from my arms and back. I guess it is a good way to get in some cardio.

All in all, this current protocol seem to fit me the best as of now. Though I might look to reduce the Tren further to reduce the side effects further. I cannot afford to such an impact on my stamina if I am going to compete. Or, I could look to tackle the water retention further. Perhaps a diuretic or hitting the sauna more often. Currently only doing it once per week when my schedule permits.

Week 2

Currently weight loss : 1.5kg

Stuck to the as of last week to front load for the first day. The current protocol for the next 8 weeks will be as follows; Test Prop @ 50mg/day, Tren Ace @ 30mg/day and Mast Prop @ 50mg/day.

This is the second day whereby I added Mast into the protocol and I am beginning to observe several very positive effects. Originally, my resting heart rate was between 39-62bpm. After Tren, it went up to 62-84bpm. I have tried to lowering the Tren to a point where the side effects are kept at a minimum while reaping the results. During which, I did not notice any significant changes to the resting heart rate. Since the introduction of Mast into the protocol, I have noticed a steady fall in my resting heart rate to 58-64bpm. Though it has not “recovered” to what it used to be originally, at least it is a step in the right direction.

Some observations from Week 1.

Noticed a drastic drop in cardio/stamina. At the bare minimum I am able to complete 3km within 15mins. Doing the math, that would be running at least 12km/h for that 15mins. Now, I am unable to complete the 3km within the 15mins, only managing 11km/h for 10 mins and 11.5km/h for the last 5mins. Next would be the Strength gains. I observe myself shedding the love handles and while putting on the mass on my arms and shoulders. The muscles also feel alot fuller and firmer. Mind-muscle connection also there. Lastly, would be performance based. Performance was in the tank this week. I can see glimpses of myself for yester-month when I spar but I still feel out-of-breath and sluggish at times. I could attribute this to the effect that Tren has had on my body but I think it is more likely the time out of training due to the injury. I shall kept an close eye on my stamina in the coming week and see if the lowered resting heart rate due to the Mast does affect the cardio in anyway. Stay tuned for the update next week 😀

Week 1

Decided to change things up a little by pinning Tren Ace and Test Prop daily. Now that I am pinning daily instead on EOD, I halve the amount of Test and Tren so that on an average, I still get 350 mg each week.

Some positives I took away from the daily pinning is that I do not get as angsty as I did when I did 100mg EOD. I also don’t get the spike in energy within the hour from pinning. Also, I still get the increased body temperature and sweating.

Some negatives is that the pinning sites are still swollen from the increased frequency of pinning. Though the side effects are lesser now, I wonder if the effects are still taking effect. Looking at photos of before 1 week before, I am still noticing a slight shredding of fats though.

Now that the Tren in my system is somewhat taking effect, I am thinking of increasing the dosage for week(front load) so that as the intensity increases, I am able to get more out of the workouts.

Proposed next week

500mg/week

Day 1: 100mg + 100mg

Day 2: 50mg

Day 3: 50mg

Day 4: 50mg

Day 5: 50mg

Day 6: 50mg

Day 7: 100mg

Training wise, I am slowly getting back into the groove of things. Attended 3 sports-specific sessions. No cardio. This could have been too slow already.

Current Cycle

This is my stack as of 4-7-19. Goal will be to drop my walk around weight by about 10-12 kg and maintaining it. Understandably, as the weight sheds, so will the strength so maintaining or increasing the strength is also another goal.

Current Plan:

Weeks 1 – 8

  • Test P @ 100mg Every Other Day(EOD)
  • Tren Ace @ 100mg EOD

Weeks 8 – 12

  • Test P @ 100mg EOD
  • Tren Ace @ 100mg EOD
  • Masteron E @ 100 mg EOD

Weeks 12 – 16

  • Test P @ 100mg EOD
  • Masteron E @ 100 mg EOD

Some thoughts 1 week into the current cycle:

  • Might look to lowering the dose of Tren Ace

Reason for it is due to the toll on the cardio. With the current dose, I experienced an increase in my resting HR(by at least 12 bpm) and a stark fall in my work capacity by more that 2/3.

  • Might look to pin Tren Ace on a daily basis

While pinning EOD, I do feel the effects of Tren Ace spike on the day of pinning ( such effects like increased thermogenesis.. etc) and subside the next day. Am considering to halve the dosage and pin daily. This way, the Tren Ace and its effects are in the body daily. Do note that halving of the dosage to pin daily is calculated AFTER lowering the dosage.

Purpose

This blog serves the purpose to share my thoughts and experiences using AAS. I will cover my training protocols, my gear protocols as well as penning down my thoughts and experiences whilst using certain compounds. I would like to take this time to reiterate that I am not a doctor nor am I a physician in any aspect, whatever I post are my experiences and thoughts and solely mine, I urge all who are reading to do extensive research before doing anything.

Why do this?

  • AAS use is a taboo subject in SEA countries. There is virtually not much up-to-date information. In the midst of doing my research, I encountered several road blocks and I would like to remove such a hassle for others.
  • Safety. Sad to say, I have encountered suppliers who begin by selling the real stuff and upon subsequent order, they provide water-down products. As we are introducing new compounds into our body, we have to take every precaution available.
